Self-reported information
Blanked displays anonymous candidate reports that are not independently verified. No score or ranking is guaranteed to be complete, accurate, statistically representative, or current.
No employment advice
Blanked offers general crowd-sourced context, not legal, career, recruitment, or employment advice. Make application decisions using your own judgement and other reliable information.
Fair use
Do not submit reports for experiences that did not occur, automate submissions, coordinate manipulation, evade duplicate controls, or attempt to damage an employer or the service. Blanked may remove abusive, manipulated, or unlawful data.
Sponsorship
Advertising and sponsorship never affect employer scores, rankings, or the visibility of candidate-reported results.
