Why Blanked exists

Job hunting already demands time and resilience. Candidates deserve a clearer view of which employers close the loop.
The problem
Qualified candidates are often left waiting without a rejection, offer, or confirmed closure. That uncertainty wastes time and makes it harder to decide where to focus the next application.
The goal
Blanked collects two small, anonymous facts: how far a candidate reached and whether the employer gave a final outcome. People who got a reply can optionally add a rough indication of how long the process took.
Independent rankings
Employer scores are calculated only from candidate reports. Sponsorship and advertising never improve a score, change a ranking, or hide a negative result.
